Funniest TNA News ever

A few people in TNA recently floated the idea to people within WWE about taking VKM, BG and Kip James, off of their hands. Sources say that WWE actually said they might consider BG James, but said the company wants nothing to do with Kip.

LOL I know, all that VKM bullshit they did. They ended up doing fuck all to WWE. That and Kurt Angle joining really put me off TNA on a regular basis.

Kurt Angle holding every belt in the company, and then defending them all on a PPV, was overkill

I think Paul Heyman's recent interview in The Sun Online summed it up. He said that TNA basically as no branding whatsoever. If you look at Kurt Angle, you think WWE. If you look at Booker T, you think WCW. That kind of thing.

Heyman's points are valid with regard to branding, but he left out one point.

Unless you're looking to sell porn, why would you want a brand name like TNA?

Could you imagine any kid asking their parents the following:

"Daddy, can we see TNA"?

Not exactly the best way to build a fanbase.
